Jose Mariscal was born and raised in Madrid. He moved to England 1996 where he attended Reading University and worked with autistic children at the Loddon School until graduating. Jose moved to the United States in 1998 where he was scouted by Wilhemina Modeling Agency and worked with them until 2006. That same year he transitioned to the business side of the fashion industry and began working as a VIP coordinator for Giorgio Armani. For the next two years Jose dressed and styled celebrities such as Leonardo DiCapprio, George Clooney and Alicia Keys, under the direction of Ed Carbonell. In 2008, Jose was recruited as the first Visual Director of Tom Ford International and worked closely with the newly formed VIP and PR service teams directed by Shirin Von Wulffen. In 2010, Jose started developing and styling lookbooks and fashion shows for clients such as Mango, Zara and QVC. That same year, Jose began to work as a stylist and headed the wardrobe design sector for television shows and movies such as Glee. Around the same time Jose startedworking for Maria Carey as a Stylist and costume designer for all background of her TV apperiencies and show, her residency at Caesars Palace in LV, world tours. AfterJose was appointment as a head stylist for Burbery Americas. He has since worked with various television shows and syndicated channels along the lines of ABC, NBC and CBS. Presently Jose is still styling .
